Allen arrived after his mother died, leaving him homeless. He is by far the most motivated and driven person I have the honor to assist in meeting his goals. Allen has worked most of his life for wages way below the poverty line. With some help from People-Ready employment agency, this is his first time working at wages above the poverty line, allowing him to thrive. Initially, he purchased a bicycle, riding over an hour to get to work daily. This picture is his transportation upgrade, as he didn’t want to waste money on a car until he felt more financially solid. SMART!
